• Client Ownership: Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final website design and any content provided by you. However, HasnainDEV retains the right to showcase the work in my portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
• Third-Party Components: Any third-party components, such as plugins or software used in the project, are subject to their respective licenses. You will have a license to use these components as part of your website.

5. Revisions and Changes

• Revisions: The scope of work includes a certain number of revisions, as specified in the agreement. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur additional costs.
• Change Requests: Any significant changes to the project scope after the agreement has been finalized will require a new proposal and may result in additional charges and extended timelines.

• Termination by Client: You may terminate the project at any time by providing written notice. Refund eligibility will be governed by my Refund Policy.
• Termination by HasnainDEV: I reserve the right to terminate the agreement if you breach these Terms of Use or if I am unable to perform the services due to circumstances beyond my control. In such cases, you will be liable for payment for services rendered up to the date of termination.
